Burden doubled and tripled

I am in department A and was responsible for an 3 days event. Besides that, there was another event which i was also responsible for, also ongoing at the same time . I tot that's all and is a great responsible alr. Hmm....

Before that, i was responsible for the jobs of department B. Only when most jobs of department B settled, then only i can focus on my jobs of my department.

However, sudden, i needed to do jobs of department C while i was doing my jobs in my department A. While supervising t events, prepared the job, and settling paper works of my department A, I also need to settling paper work of department C everynight, make full use of my time to contact people (morning, afternoon, noon, evening, even night) which is not suppose to be jobs of my department (jobs of B and C) and also keep track to people and number of people which are suppose to be jobs of department C.

The heavy job lists is not the end. In my events, some department refuse to follow the normal rule and causing confusing. My jobs doubled by having to double check, thinking twice of how to do that, putting more effort and more concentration energy when settling the paper works.

The chosen strategic and the fixed ineffective time management has made the jobs of my department tripled or fourfolded and i perceive these as silly doing that can be avoided. In addition, the responsible one neither need to pay for the mistake nor give the explainations that leading my deparment to this stage.

In this matter, we received orders and accepted it as a follower. I have lost my time for myself, lost time for my interest and also my most importance things. However, in the end, the outcoming just will not reach the standard i want.

I am sory I have to say that, this matter will be a torn in my heart. Unless i get an acceptable explanation, unless i pluck the torn out by myself and heal the wound.

However, no matter how, i wont perceive it as a mark of bloody or painful to remind me to revenge, i will only perceive it as a lesson. It will be a mark that follow me and also a reminder of the lesson i gained, it is a mark that stimulate me to think furthermore for this matter.
