Journal of the day

Today,
After settled some little minor works, decided to go for COS general meeting because she promised to take me back to KPD A by the time.

On the way, saw a quarrel knocked down by bus and then car. >< Rong and I decided to turn back and help, but we dun dare to pick it up. Finally, there was a guy helped us and we put it into grass besides. Hmm...this is the world men are rulling now. It made it has no place to go and only being knocked down by car. TT. The sky is still beautiful and the sunlight is still warm and these beautifulness are the only things shared by everys.

Studying for an hour before meeting and tried not to involve in any conversation. In the meeting, finally many decided and many can be worked on.

Before that, there were many things still lagging because of that deparment. My team mate always told me that it was because there was a group always only has one person appear in the meeting and then just kept saying the others did not do their jobs. The lagging group always caused the whole team cannot make any further progress. I was just wondering why no one talk about the problem with that person during the meeting. So, this is the main reason i appear in the meeting because everything become more importance for our team now when we will be going to have activities soon. Cannot let that department to drag anymore. *shake head*

Er hrm. I dun mean to keep criticizing about your jobs and also stepping on your self-esteem, but i think i have to do so. Hope that this could cause you to work more by making sure your team doing the stuffs. Blamming each other and pushing responsibility to others just will not going to solve any problems. Your progress really needed to improve by every meeting but not stopping just because of that. You have to know when everything kept dragging, it will only cause all the programme lagging.

Besides, you didnt followed the standard of the whole team set and changed the decision by your own, therefore we cannot change just because you wanted to by the last minutes. ==" Now, you can only change everything to fit into ours. I think the communication dun have problem, but your style of doing things will bring problems either to us or to your team.

Truly speaking, your team is in mess now, you have to learn to unite the strengths of everyone and consolidate your group by now. It is the responsibility of a leader and please stop finding excuses and pushing everything to others. It will only cause others to feel and think about your inability.

In the middle of meeting, i needed to leave for my class. It was Raining heavily and I was waiting for bus. I saw a person holding an umbrella and standing under the sky, wondering why he dun want to stand under the shealter. Using one hour to reach my class and i was really late. ><

Teacher was inviting us for his house warming by this Sunday. XD I would like to take a look of his house too, there must have many beautiful stuff, BUT.... i will be having exam soon. :( Still thinking....????

Tonight, finally dun feel tired in his class because i only need to leave my house when the class time reach. Finally, I really saw sky, flower, people again ....I smelled lily, trees, water again. XD Sparking of the eye make me alive. Without it, even physically working, i know i am just a nothing.
