First impression

When my partner has started to work,

I chose to adjust my breathe to be t same w dis new environment.

I walked around to observe

and trying to have brief understanding about their life style.

I want to be one of them but not someone from outside.

I adjust my tempo, my thoughts and my everything..

I close my eyes to feel my environment.

Listen to the sounds, felt the sunshine, felt the wind

I tell myself "so, here's Yushu"

They built their houses up the plateau instead of plain.

They like mountain.

I found the river and few kids were playing around.

I think the people here are very familiar with the river.

I also saw an adult trying to find sth in the river,

maybe it is sth that can be sold.

They like river as well.

This is not a dog but is a mastiff. It can win the lion and can bite people which means it can be quite fierce and danger. However, mastiff is every where around here. >.<.

The people here like mastiffs very much ya.

Full of houses that cannot let people stay.

This is a temple that cannot let people go in as well.

It is xiao bai ta.

Ei...found sth interesting. Is it sth to receive TV channel?

These were my first impressive toward Yushu.

Taking bus

Finally, time to go to my real destination.

I still have to take bus for 20 plus hours.

Need to buy sth to eat because it was really a long journey.

This is the supermarket in China.

Flowerish my eyes.

So many choices and all are what dont have in my hometown.

However, i dun dare to buy anything.

Not sure about the process of dealing with foods.

I just wanted to get sth simple.

This was the bus that can let me sleep.

Thank godness i got bring sleeping bag

as i dun dare to use the blanket...

On my way up, the people never stopped on singing and smoking.
I loved their song, but i dislike the smell.
Along the way up, there was no toilet at all,
I have to find a place to pee.
haha...it was indeed a special experience.
I admire myself for being able to sleep no matter where I am,
hoho....so I still had a good rest.

There were beautiful scenarios along the way up.

Many mountains, many flowers, many green lands.

*Heart melted*

Although the sun was strong and burning, i never closed the curtain.

I was waiting for the sunset.

Wondering how will it looked like..

Starting from 5pm, I kept waiting.

Although i felt tired d, i still dun want to close my eyes.

Wait until 8pm, the sun was still so strong.

Wa~~this is sth that will never happen in home.

Until 9.30pm, finally I get to enjoy sunset.

The black part are the long mountain....Finally, I reached my destination.

The middle bed was mine and

I will be using for the following weeks.

I felt a bit headache because of the altitude stress,

so I decide to rest on my bed.

I was not rushing to do anything or

felt I must do sth now.

This was not me.

Another flight

Finally, I took another flight to my destination.

I was so tired or

this flight was too comfortable...

I slept from the start til the end.

I heard my partner said this flight provide blanket and foods

for FREE....but of coz the flight fee is higher.

Such a pity, didnt enjoy any services....

A meat shop. So special.

Later, we saw a girl and a guy came to fetch us.

Teacher said she is a very capable person.

She took us to the hotel.

When I walked out from the airport,

I felt the cool breeze

Wondering why is it cool?

Just like Genting...

Just wake up and wanna go for breakfast.

That's my little bag.

Convenience for me to take to anywhere.

She is a university student and having holiday now.

So, she volunteer herself to help.

He is a psychologist and married already.

He came here alone for the sake of work.

He said his wife is more superior and this is his choice.

It is because he grow up under such environment.

He said he like girl that is more challenging and

that's y he choose his wife...

Then, he kept saying sth about me.

About the way I dress, I walk, I talk....

Err..hmm...wondering why...

After I came back from Yushu, we met again.

He disclose that it is because

I looked like the first girl he like.

My goosebumps grew all around.

Err.., just ... >.<.

Outside airport

Notice that his pants was cut for him to pee.

Even a little kid, he is good looking.

Really like northern people.

First flight

Since I aware about my own thought,

this was my first time taking flight.

*I was excited*

There's nothing much to think about my destination,

just solve problem one by one.

Taking along with all i can and prepare to face the challenges.

Since no matter how much I can imagine,

it will never near to reality, i decided to rest my mind

and be whoever I am.

This was the mood I bring along with me to China.

This was the bag I took along with me.

Inside there, there was another small bag

for me to put all my importance things.

Waiting for the gate to open for us to go in.

This is the first airport I arrived in China.

*So happy*

Can see so big Chinese character on the board.

Then, almost all the officials looked so good and not fat.

Their eyes looked bright as well.

I like the people here, the northern people here.

Then, they really looked tall.

I felt so little there.

However, things not always went on smoothly.

My partner cant find his bag, means lost everything

besides the importance documents and money.

We were so worry and guessed that the other has taken wrong bag. We prayed that the person will return the bag before we took another flight.

O.o There were so many lost bag in the room.

Why did people willing to leave it behind at the airport?

Anyway, we read while waiting.

The corner turned in the end, we get back the bag.

Indeed, a family has taken my partner's bag wrongly.

Thanks godness, nothing bad happen immediately we reach China

It is just a small ripple of the water. =)

Back

Because of you, i decided to let it come back.

You let me realize what makes people choose to relive

but not dying.

Because it is needed.

Because it is worthy.

Even one only, also have to insist.

This session

She asked me some questions.

She found out the problem already,

which is sth i am thinking too.

It has reached my limit,

anything above it, I dunno d.

Then, she seem prepared me to do sth,

she asked whether I can tolerate it.

Able to talk about myself like talking about a story

A walk

Have to walk recently

and it is really nice to walk.

It is bc I can see a lots of stories along my journey.

I saw butterfly, bees and flowers

It is sth cannot be enjoyed in the car.

Walk while I still can.

Watch beautiful things while I still can.

Listen nice sounds while I still can.

Birds singing + flower dancing + fragrant smell

Is worth for a walk.

Today, I saw a grandmom with a little girl.

They hold their hands and walk slowly together .

The little girl kept talking about school

and the grandmom listened to the girl patiently.

She did answer the girl and look at her every now and then.

If I had a camera in my hand,

I would like to take a photo of them. ^^

Fare

If I accept your taxi fare,

Is it means that I let myself become a driver?

If we agree before starting our journey

to share our cost,

I will accept it.

If it is really a big amount and should be shared

such as is a long journey,

I will accept it.

If it is after the journey,

want to give me suddenly,

I dun want to accept it.

If it is just an RM2 journey,

I also dun want to accept it.

The most importance is I can afford it.

I can afford to give you a travel treat.

So, I dun want to accept.

In the end, need to use strategics，

see who give away the money in the end.

The butterfly

A butterfly know how to take bus from wisma to main block.

Wow!!

It sticked on the window

I wonder whether it can endure the strong wind

while the bus was moving.

Although it seem almost blew away the wind

It still sticked on the window.

After the bus reached main block,

it fly away immediately.

Wow!!Amazing

So cute...^^

Haunted

Haunted is really not a good feel.
When it become more serious,
it lead to obsession
When it is out of control
it lead to compulsion
Then, things repeat.

Only venting it out, lashing it out
can lead to comfortable feeling

Haunted...hmm..
Can it be a reason?
or it is just a habit?

No matter what...
How to deal with it should be the problem that need to be solved. hmm....How?

Redirect attention?
Will power to overcome?
Control behaviour?
Ignore and put the thought aside?
Use other healthier way to lash out the feeling?

Session

This time the session is quite powerful.
The conversation was not turning around the circle.
More and more stories have come up.

That day, the moment I went in the room,
I saw a box of tissue paper on the table
Then, i think i knew ......

Then, I have picture out many stories that day
But I did not cry
Maybe I think all were past already
I have been learning replay the stories yet not to be influenced by it. Hmm....Should be alright now.

Then, it came up with she felt heavier than I am
haha...felt weird
Empathy is about how i feel at that point of time,
but not about how I should feel...
hmm.....observation and listening really mean sth..

I think she is the best compared to others who i met before..
It's great experience.
As for the outcome, need to wait and see gua...
hope can figure it out..
get healing process..^^

Speechless

Ei....even when i am not afraid of it.

I still cant go for it.

Funny cars

Today, drove a long way.

Met raining day and I drove until my eyes almost become cross-eye.

there was a car behind me drove quite near to my car buttock.

Then, I slowed down to let that car go.

Then, behind the car, there was words

"忍一时风平浪静，退一步海阔天空。”

means tolerate and give way will lead to good consequence.

Hmm...it seem doesnt match with the driver.

Immediately, another car surpass my car

This car drove real fast.

Then, I saw the car plate

WTH 6910.
